Another entrepreneur
August 22, 2007 by Fadzuli · Leave a Comment
Yesterday, I met another entrepreneur who runs this spa business. She used to be a Financial Consultant who earns about $5K a month but now she owns a business where she had to drastically take a pay cut and now she pays a few hundred dollars to herself due to the cost of running this business.
Her confession was that when she reached a mark in her career, the need to satisfy her passion hungered her. Therefore she left whatever she did and now she’s living a much more challenging and exciting life.
At this point many of you would say how stupid she is!!! 5K to to a miserable dollars…Some of you I know wouldn’t even reach 5K in your monthly salary right!! So why?? Is the business world more appealing than a stable job and life…
Sometimes i wonder to myself ..why do we take this harder path rather than just doing the normal 2K 3K job…Many times we cant answer that question but I can tell you this that in order to know the answers, you need to live how we live our lives..

Esmee singing Dance with my father (tribute to luther vandross)
August 20, 2007 by Fadzuli · Leave a Comment
Just pure class…Justin Timberlake recently signed her up as one of his artists. Just listen to her sing…The next rising star after Rihanna, Jojo and so on!!
Esmee started karaoking infront of her webcam and took recordings of herself singing cover songs plus her own songs she wrote. The videos were then loaded to YOUTUBE where she got her world wide fans!!
Now she’s pretty much touring Europe and America recording new songs and touring with Justin’s Label…She does her own video blog once a month to allow her fans to keep track of where she is…
She’s a perfect example of using technology to her advantage. Of course not everyone can succeed like her cos you need to have the talent too..What I’m trying to say is that in this digital world there are many ways that you make yourself known..It may not be overnight but everything comes with time. If you believe in what you are doing, do it harness it, develop it and insyallah in time to come you will bear the fruits of your hard work..
So yup..do catch Esmee at http://www.esmeeworld.com. Ooh yah she’s only 18.

NowAsia.SG Map Program!!
August 19, 2007 by Fadzuli · Leave a Comment
So I’ve decided to come for Abang Abu’s MAP program to learn the stuff that I may not know…the first of MAP being FREE of charge and there was this overwhelming number of people coming…Daffi came early on that day!!
The first of a 4 series workshops.
1st workshop will consist of intro, the 7 day practice, basic NLP technique and TRUST with money!!
Here’s a gist of what we learn..I’ll put my own points in too
Before Abang Abu started the class, he explained to us about being responsible. Successful people do not blame others, give excuses and be in denial.
An example.
When we are late for an appointment. Most of us would always put blame on other things like the bus was slow lah, MRT is jam packed lah…
Instead why don’t we twist our mindset a bit and take responsility by saying, “I’m sorry I’m late, I’ve miss timed my journey here.”
These are the 4 main areas when we deal with money. Firstly is by earning the money, we can spend the money, invest or save or donate the money. Most of the stuff here can be learnt by reading R.Kiyosaki’s books..Let’s break it by topic.
Earn
- Most people will only earn money through one channel which is their job but rich people have multiple channels of income. So what channels are these?? Firstly their main income may come from their biz, then there will be income from shares, house rentals and so on..Some may have 2-3 income channels from multiple biznes..
Spend
- This is where many fall in this trap. Most would spend their money on WANTS rather than NEEDS.
WANTs are things which you don’t require like extra clothes where you already have. Unless if it doesn’t fit then it becomes a need lah..
NEEDs are things like your food, electricity bills and so on. Things which are necessary.
Why many people are not able to manage their money is because they spend too much in their WANTs..
Invest / Save
- Saving money should be part an parcel of everyone’s life. Regards of how rich they are, 10-15 % of earnings should go into this for security purposes.
- Investing without knowledge is also called GAMBLING..if you wish to invest your money in properties, stocks or so on do your homework!! Investments also depends on your age!!! When you are younger you should be more aggressive and mild down as we age.
Donate
- Just like savings we should also put aside like 10% for charity. From my own personal experience if you truly believe in giving , you will get back more than you give!! And give away carefully, do not give away too much of what you have so that you end up with no money or assets.
MORE lessons coming soon!!

Emtech
August 16, 2007 by Fadzuli · Leave a Comment
Lately my parents and I have been going for health treatment programs by this company called Emtech. It was recommended by Uztaz Abu Bakar from Abu Bakar Travels whom have tried this system for a while.
Emtech is formed by a group of doctors who have look into various alternative treatments to health and wellness. It has been around for almost 2 years now and apparently even Ministers and MPs have tried to use this product
.
Its main product is a Electromagnetic Therapy Instrument which generates heat and electrical charges which transfers to the body to allow better blood flow /circulation. It is made in Germany and known to be the first of its kind.
How to use it?
Ok at first it seems like what the heck is this??? All you have to do is put your feet on this device and sit there for 30 minutes. Nothing else…After a few minutes you will feel hot due to the heat transfer and your body will be charge up by electrical currents. How do you know you are charge up. Ok for this case, the attendants there will explain to you about the electrical charges and they will come to you with a thermometer like instrument which beeps if it detects electrical charges - similar to a testpen.
The other day, i came in contact with the person beside me as I was trying to move my hand away and i felt a tiny electric shock ( You know the feeling when you touch the television and you could feel the static electricity flowing through you ). So i guess when two people are charge up and close to each other - it repels!! Primary 5 science - positive and positive energy/forces do not attract.
Do drink lots of water before and after treatment..Its like running and you can really feel the sweat after using this machine. OK don’t expect to slim down ah..that you need exercise!!
Electrical currents and Heat??
This is my own opinion ok..I’m no doctor. Basicly what the heat does is to expand the veins and arteries below your feet to allow blood to flow easily while the electrical current helps you to propel the blood moving through your body. It is mention there that it can remove blood clots and so on..
So when the blood circulation is great, your organs will then start to receive enough blood and oxygen to function well and eventually it develops a better immune system in your body.
What’s so good about it??
So what is the result of two years in business?? Amazingly, they discovered that some of their wheel chaired clients could stand up and have started to walk. There was this Abang whom had a motorcycle accident a few months back, his leg was really badly hurt..( OK he showed me his leg while we were talking in a lift, i think half of his calf was gone..OK not a nice view but it was real ). He told me that a few months back he couldn’t walk. After a being recommended by a friend to test out this treatment program, he saw drastic improvements. From not being able to walk properly, now he can walk without a crutch.
It also know known to treat migraine problems and so on…
How much is this system??
From what they tell me, one machine costs about $7K with GST. Payment can be done by installments if you have a UOB credit card.
FREE 15 treatments.
Emtech opens up to the public to try out their machines in several areas around Singapore. Some of the places shown below are clinics, so i’m not too sure they are free but the free spots are at the CCs, Midlink Plaza @ Middle Rd and Geylang ( Just opposite the wet market ).
3. Rotary Family Service Centre
4. Geylang - Coming Soon
5. Peace Centre
8. Amaris Beauty (Bukit Timah)
9. Tai Pei Senior Citizen Centre
10. Mun Fut Tong Nursing Home
for the first 15 sessions. But if you request for a doctors consultation that would cost about $50 for two session. The consultation will consist of a test which identifies the weak organs in the body. Do the first session before the first few session to identify the weak organs and one after the 15th session which will tell you the result of the treatment.
So why?? Do you like to fall sick. OK maybe for those of you who are working you prefer to fall sick just for the MC…but I don’t ok…I prefer to be fit and well to do whatever i want…I have a record of getting sick once a year and when that hits..I’ll be out for a week…and I dont like being sick..

Lost money again…Haiya - lesson to be learnt…
READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY..
You see this is when you get too excited and you dont read the documents carefully..Fortunately its only $80 and I’ve only realized it a week after subscriptions and not after a year. I think and hope that i can get back half of that money through the 30 day money back guarantee.
Anyway whatever it is, this is really another painful lesson learnt. EO EO…
If you guys are wondering what i lost money in..Its not stock..hmm cannot be so little right..Its some tech stuff that I’ve just gotten for my business..

I guess this happens once in a blue moon…haizz
ACCIDENT REPORT ON PA3044J
MENDAKI’s van, PA3044J was driven by Mr Fadzuli bin Wahab, NRIC No. S8208025B to Tampines Central (venue) on 5 August 2007 at 3.45pm to shop for the Hip Hop Camp items.
Mr Fadzuli was attempting to do a 3 point turn at a narrow carpark. As he was turning the vehicle towards an empty parking slot, he noticed that he had grazed a blue Nissan Sunny (SDX 8302X) on the right side of the van. Attempts to reverse and move forward were made but the van was then stuck in an awkward position. In order to steer the van away from the car, Mr Fadzuli had to steer further left and forward which causes the front lamp to break and a large surface area on the car being grazed. Please view pictures attached.
When we left the scene, the owner of the car was not there, so Mr Fadzuli left his name card for the owner to call back. After 10 minutes of leaving the incident area, the owner rang him up and we made our way back to the car.
Mr Fadzuli has decided to make payments for the damages to the owner’s car and thus Mendaki will not be responsible for any damages to them.
Mr Fadzuli is currently a 25 year-old entrepreneur. He has also been vehicle driver for other events for the last 4 years.

Do you want to be RICH?
August 3, 2007 by Fadzuli · Leave a Comment
Learn the ABC of entrepreneurship from the man himself, Abang ABU!!! I got a chance to meet Abang Abu because he wanted to learn about SMART MONEY. Its a board game just like monopoly to teach you the principles of Money, Passive Income, Mentoring and so on.
I bought this game a few years back because I used it to teach others how the rich works and so on. Its a fun game though but in order to understand it fully requires you to play it for at least 6 times if you start as a beginner. Each sessions cost about $10.
Abang Abu is pretty well known for his entrepreneurial teachings and has since developed entrepreneurs through his courses. One of them is his own son whom had started selling his own design and brand of Post cards in USA. He said, “If I cannot teach my son to be an entrepreneur, I wont be able to teach others. It must come within the family then it can be expanded out”.
His company NOWASIA located at 25 Peak Seah Street #07-01 Civil Service College is where he conducts his lessons. His lesson costs about $250. In other places, they can offer from $2500. For just 4 lesson, you can learn a systematical approach to entrepreneurship. He will give you insights and necessary tools for you to start your own business. One of it is the Business plan course. Trust me you will never fall asleep through his lesson. WHY? Abang ABu himself is a joker..haha..
Anyway to learn the kind of knowledge that he is teaching is really a bargain at $250. For the last few years it has costs me a few thousands to learn what he can teach in just 4 lessons. So do you want to learn it in 4 lessons or suffer like me going through all the hard stuff to acquire the same knowledge.
If you wish to take up his course, drop him an email at abangabu@ekoniaga.com
