			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What many people do not understand is that they think they have a good advertisement, people will come to their website and buy whatever they are selling..</p>
<p>Well maybe for the short time but not long term. That is why maybe you are running that Multiply or Facebook e-shop and suddenly you realise one day nobody is knocking on your multiply/facebook shop anymore to buy that product you have.</p>
<p><strong>What happened? </strong></p>
<p>We have to study the psychology of the human mind. In this case, because you have been advertising in and out, you never realise that you are not adding value to your clients or potential client lives. Rather you are just selling them something. People do get sick of this from time to time.</p>
<p><strong>People need to be fueled with great information and TRIGGERED to get them going.. </strong></p>
<p>What really attracts people is your content. Without great content you are just like the other 90% of the people online who will not be making money on a continuous basis.</p>
<p><strong>So how do you begin creating great contents? </strong></p>
<p>Well this is what I teach during my course. This technique can be used before you write that article, before you record that audio and before you create that video.</p>
<p>And because you need to create at least 6 articles or audio or video series to run a campaign, you need to sort this ideas out first.</p>
<p><strong>Are you familiar with the Mind Map?</strong></p>
<p><strong><img title="images" src="http://www.fadzuli.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/images.jpg" alt="images" width="287" height="176" /><br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong> 1) It begins with the Main Topic&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>Say you are selling a Super Juice.. So write down that <strong>SUPER JUICE</strong> at the center of your paper.</p>
<p><strong>2) Then begin asking yourself questions</strong></p>
<p>Use the FIVE Ws &#8211; Who What Where When Why and ONE H &#8211; How</p>
<p>Questions like:</p>
<p>Who would buy this product?</p>
<p><strong>Answers can range from: </strong><br />
- A Father who has health problems.<br />
- A Mother who is pregnant<br />
- An elderly who has diabetics</p>
<p>Keep asking yourself those questions and start to draw the bubbles and expand those ideas.</p>
<p>Another example.</p>
<p>Where does the product come from?</p>
<p><strong>Answers can lead to new answers</strong></p>
<p><strong>-&gt; </strong>It is from Punjabi -&gt; Ingredients from 5 continents. America , Africa, Asia and so on -&gt; Grown in humid and cold temperatures. and so on</p>
<p>Try the above techniques.. You will realize that hey there are a lot of things to say about our product/service.</p>
<p><strong>3) Now once you have the ideas, sort them out in order</strong></p>
<p>In running that campaign the flow of ideas are equally important. What do I mean by that.</p>
<p>Say today you are introducing me this Great Jambu product.</p>
<p>So what are you going to tell me tomorrow? Well perhaps you can tell me its origins.</p>
<p>Then the next day you tell, how this product can help a diabetic to reduce their pains, etc.</p>
<p>The following day you tell me that this product can be used not just to humans but also to your pets if they have stomach problems. Wah that will expand your market slightly.. <img src='http://www.fadzuli.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I believe you understand what I mean here right.. Sort them out.</p>
<blockquote><p>You dont want all your ideas out in one shot. Spread them out and let your clients have this feeling that you are not just selling that wonderful product but you are also educating them on it.</p>
<p>Take them on a journey&#8230;.</p></blockquote>
<p><strong>4) Once the contents are ready, its time for distribution</strong></p>
<p>Be it in facebook, email or in your own blog. Get these articles out there so that people can read. Best to have it at targeted positions where you will find the clients that you wish to attract.</p>

<strong> Make Up Techniques for different types of eyes</strong></p>
<p>I think a BIG mistake many women make when applying eyeshadow is not blending. Blending is the key here, no matter what eye shape you have. So as to get rid of the harsh lines made especially if you apply more than 1 colour of shadows.</p>
<p>Also, you need to look at your eye shape to add definition to your eyes. Here are some examples.</p>
<p><strong>Single/Monolid Eyes </strong><br />
Usually one who has this type of eyes seems to have smaller set of eyes. The keypoint here is to make your eyes look rounder and hence, eyes will appear bigger at the same time. Line your eyes thicker immediately above and below your iris. To give your eyes more depth, use the darkest shade close to your eyelash line and merge or blend this into lighter shades of color graduating up near to your eyebrow.</p>
<p><strong>Wide Set</strong><br />
Aim is to reduce the space between the inner corners of your eyes. This is the only eye shape where you want to use darker colors on the inner corners of your eyes and line your upper and lower lid near your tear duct.</p>
<p><strong>Close Set </strong><br />
Do the complete opposite as you would to Wide Set eyes. Instead of darker colors on the inner corners, apply it on the outer corners of your eyes. While putting highlighter on the inner corners to make the space wider.</p>
<p><em style="font-family: 'lucida sans', 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif;">To know whether you have Wide or Close Set Eyes, the rule of thumb is if the space between the inner corners of your eyes is wider than the width of one eye, you have Wide Set Eyes, if the space is smaller, it will be Close Set Eyes.</em></p>

<p>Last week end while I was attending Smart Seminar 2009 ( An Internet Marketing Seminar &amp; Pitch Fest ) in Singapore Expo, I manage to catch Jaz Lai speak.</p>
<p>If you look at him, your first impression would be, who is this Ah Beng? Seriously he&#8217;s kind of abengish. But hey don&#8217;t look at a person in that way. This guy earns millions of dollars each month in Internet Marketing.</p>
<p>So there was this particular topic which he said, &#8221;  <strong>I dont understand why everyone is struggling with Traffic? All you need it is a Traffic Plan&#8221;</strong>. For that short moment, I was like wow. <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Why haven&#8217;t I thought of that?</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Basicly what he is trying to say, most people can&#8217;t attain the traffic to their website is because they do not have a plan. So he continued showing us a whole process from submitting articles, to doing podcasts, to creating videos on a fly, to creating blogs posts and submitting to the social media sites. He says that we need a schedule too.</span></p>
<p><strong>So for example..</strong><br />
Monday &#8211; Get / Write an Article<br />
Tuesday &#8211; Submit Articles to Article Directories<br />
Wednesday &#8211; Convert article to podcasts &amp; submit to podcast directories<br />
Thursday &#8211; Covert articles into powerpoint and video<br />
Friday &#8211; Put the articles on your blog &amp; Email to your list / contacts<br />
Saturday &#8211; Submit to link directories, social media sites and so on.<br />
Sunday &#8211; Rest</p>
<p>Then you repeat the process again.</p>
<p>Can you see how the whole system can flow? Basicly if you keep doing this, definitely you will get traffic to your site. You just need discipline to do this. One or two hours a day will do.</p>

<p>Some people think that running a business is all about making money. Some people think running business is all about the wealth that can be attained to get their dreams. And some people will think that business is about creating jobs for other people.</p>
<blockquote><p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">To me Business is about serving or helping people solve a need or a problem. </span></strong></p></blockquote>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #000000;">Very few times, I see people telling me and coming to me to ask how can they solve my problem or am willing to listen to answer my wants and needs. Instead they will come to me and ask me how do I make money? How do I cash in on your opportunity. They never care of my needs first.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #000000;">Here&#8217;s the thing, you need to change your language if you really want to be good at selling. Stop proposing. Start to listen and contribute ideas. Learn to go into the flow of what the customers wants. I would say, Dance with your clients and over deliver when you get the opportunity to do so.</span></span></p>
<p>Then you will be surprise how many people will want to work with you.</p>
<p><strong>How do you dance with your clients?</strong></p>
<p>1) Always ask yourself, how you can help or serve them.</p>
<p>2) Understand what is their problem. Most of  clients don&#8217;t know their problem. You can help them spot that.</p>
<p>3) Once you understand their problem, show them a solution which you know.</p>
<p>I hope these tips help. Try them out.</p>

Yes he asked that question infront of 5000 people.. At that moment the lady&#8217;s reactions changed and even the crowd was surprised.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 20px; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; margin-left: 0px;"><span style="line-height: 19px;">So the point he is getting at is that,</span></p>

That includes the audiences. That may sound like a crazy question to ask but it totally change the state that we are in.. That&#8217;s how powerful positive thinking is too.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 20px; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; margin-left: 0px;"><span style="line-height: 19px;"><strong>So if you are in mids of depression, look for ways to change your state. Think of happy thoughts.. Ask yourself questions like how Tony did&#8230;</strong></span></p>

<p style="line-height: 20px; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; margin-left: 0px;"><span style="line-height: 19px;">Today my laptop hardrive was fried due to a power surge in my laptop. Gone are 6 months of data of work. I told that to my friend yesterday and she said, &#8220;Wah relax jer You?&#8221;..</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 20px; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; margin-left: 0px;"><span style="line-height: 19px;">I think its really based on how you manage your emotions. If you let yourself depressed all the time, then it would only lead to more problems. So I told myself, well its time to get a new Laptop or just changed the hard drive.. So I made the idea of hunting and finding that new laptop a great thing! And let&#8217;s have fun doing this..</span></p>

Its really time to grab them and optimise it. </p>
<p><strong>What exactly am I saying by optimising an opportunity?</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>You see opportunities does not come to us all the time and if we don&#8217;t fully take advantage of it, it will pass us by very fast and end up we don&#8217;t really gain anything.</p>
<p><strong>For example.</strong></p>
<p>Given the opportunity to speak at an event. Furthermore its free. So what can we do to promote what we do.</p>
<p>Besides giving the knowledge they are there for that event. Develop a way to mention your activities in the talk. Develop a way to mention names and develop a way to gain trust among the audience.</p>
<p>Even though I do Internet Marketing and engage my audiences online. Do you think I don&#8217;t do offline marketing also? In fact you can and you should. Treat any promotion like as though you run a business. We need to have online and offline mechanisms to promote whatever we do.</p>
<p><strong>So here&#8217;s to outline a process.</strong></p>
<p>-&gt; Identify the Opportunity<br />
-&gt; Think about Online &amp; Offline promotion<br />
-&gt; Always learn to develop leads in anyway. At least collect names, email and mobile no.<br />
-&gt; Find a way to build trust among the audience.<br />
-&gt; This is important.. Developed a <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>CLOSING</strong></span> technique. If you don&#8217;t close there&#8217;s no sales.<br />
-&gt; Develop a referral mechanism too. <br />
-&gt; Develop a follow up mechanism.</p>
<p>So you see an opportunity if unoptimised will be wasted. So have some thoughts about it and when you see any opportunity have all these points in mind.</p>
<p>You guys should read Seth Godin&#8217;s post yesterday about <a href="http://sethgodin.typepad.com/seths_blog/2009/02/the-panhandlers-secret.html" target="_blank">&#8220;The Panhandler&#8217;s Secret&#8221;</a>. He gives a very vivid description of how indirect marketing works. Because it develops <strong>TRUST</strong>. Even though its for a mere few seconds but that is enough to develop that <strong>TRUST</strong>. Because of that the percentage of buying is so much higher. </p>

<p>Great things that Fadzuli did</p>
<p>1) Been developing a MILLIONAIRE&#8217;s BLOG for the last few days. Still a secret. Cannot tell you WHO right now. Must wait till April when we launch it.<br />
2) Update like over 10 events (I think) @ Islamicevents.sg<br />
3) Gave advise to a sister who had some problems with her business.<br />
4) Made appointment with my writer.<br />
5) Negotiated a better deal to settle some late payments.   <br />
6) Spotted an opportunity. Immediatly called Fadzrun to get to the Distributor.<br />
7) Meeting @ Chambers opened up new window of IDEAS.. I hope it can be materialize. </p>
<p>It is those small successes that leads to bigger ones. Write it down, write it down. Treat this as a reflection and commit to the cause.</p>

<p>- <strong>Why Blogging?</strong> Well blogging for sure is not a passive source of income but it helps to create interaction and buzz. Keep your clients updated and develop momentum. Well Internet Marketeers like me use our Blogs to full potential with Autoresponders and so on.</p>
<p>- <strong>Getting Featured in News, Magazines &amp; Radio</strong> is not that hard if you think of it because this you must learn. The media needs news to SURVIVE. So if your business have new launches, new ideas to implement. Why don&#8217;t you consider writing an article and submit to the press. That is why in NOWASIA we do work closely with Berita Harian and friends from Warna. From time to time, if we think we have new STUFF we will share with the Press and insyallah they will take it up and feature it. Note that it must be NEW &amp; Original.</p>
<p>- <strong>Monthly/Weekly Emails/SMS. <br />
<span style="font-weight: normal;">With technology you do not need to send letters anymore. We have emails and SMS to get people updated of what&#8217;s coming up. Do you use these services?</span></strong><strong></strong></p>
<p>So you see. There&#8217;s a lot of things that can be done to promote your business. It boils down to HOW to do it and HOW creative you want to be and is it EFFECTIVE.</p>
<p>You must also understand your situation and you need to know what can work for you too. So ask these questions before you begin promoting.</p>
<p>1) Where are you now in your business?<br />
2) Do you have money for advertisements?<br />
3) Do you have the networks that can help you?<br />
4) Can the nature of your business use this form of publicity?<br />
5) Do you have the knowledge to get it done?<br />
6) How can this be done on a constant basis?</p>
