Getting a Financial Director

There are times when we really need to seek help and my advice is to hit it early. Today after going through the finances, budgeting and future predictions, it made me realize the amount of financial leaks that we have. To be honest I wouldn’t be able to see all this without Bro Fadzrun because my mind is already clouded with the other so many things going on.

Basicly I just needed someone to manage the money and plan when are the crucial stages to make payments and when to actually collect the cheques!! In the early stages, I told my Bros this was the last thing I would do cos its just not my forte. I would rather out source this task or hire someone. Alhamdullilah Bro Fadzrun has agreed to undertake this task.

So we now instead of just 3 partners we have 4. Bro Fadzrun will take up the role as Finance and Marketing Director.

Sitting down with Bro Fadzrun today really hit my mind again and again….To you it may seems that nothing is going wrong but in the perspective of another person this financial leaks can become a financial cancer in the near future. There is a need of proper checks and financial managements.

Anyway my point is always seek help early not until you are at a stage where everything is going wrong. Even when your financials are great, go seek a third party advise on how to manage your business or money early.

Today is another long day of meetings and talking through all this. Tomorrow my eyes will be on maxspace again..I’m gonna go to bed early today..
