I would like to quote an Entrepreneur I just met,

“There’s so much we can grab in the palms of our hand, we can’t hold everything and don’t be greedy”. 

By quoting that it means that we can’t do everything and we can’t have everything. It should be shared around and pass on the opportunity when you can no longer hold it.

So a week back this opportunity came knocking on the door and this veteran entrepreneur came to me and ask me if I knew people who could help him as he is looking for the talent.

He showed me his business idea and to be honest I like it and wish I could be involved. As the quote says, you can’t do everything and you can’t be greedy. So I can’t except it as I have my own business to develop and push forward.

However I could connect him to people I know. So the requirement was to have Managment Skills and Design Skills.  And currently not working and able to withstand at least 3-6 months without pay. 

You see the requirements are quite hard to have for one who don’t have the Entrepreneur Mindset. 

However a few names come to mind and I also place some comments at facebook and twitter. Had a few replies and eventually one name came to mind because this guy had talked to me one year ago and he had the intention to start a business but at that time he did not know what to start with and more importantly he had the resource network that could get the work done.

So opportunity passed on. Insyallah everything will turn out right.

Well the purpose of writing this post is to get you to realise that whenever you meet people like me or Abang Abu, do tell us your intentions. Cos people like us tend to attract opportunity like nobody’s business. Seriously and we can’t take them on. Hence we need to meet the right people whom have the right intentions to be passed onto.

It might take one year, two years, ten years to get a call from us to present to you the oppportunity but does it matter? So ladies and gentleman build your RESOURCE Network and you never know who is calling you today to present you an opportunity.
