Human beings are complex, unlike machines we don’t behave specific ways that people might think. We can be that kind of person and be another kind of person at different points of times. However we can still do a study of characteristic so that we can approach it differently at different points of time.
But why do we need to understand people?
Well imagine this, if you know what people want and what people need, wouldn’t it be easier for you to serve them? Yes its really simple but how many of us would go to that extent to learn about people.
All we care is what “I want” but not what your clients want. Yes this may sounds ridiculous but in reality especially in Business, the clients are your top priority. If we do not understand them, then its going to be tough for you to really delivery your goods or services.
This is the kind of knowledge that one can actually use in their day to day activities.
