Agri-tainment resort in Lim Chu Kang

I realise Singapore even though its small, the opportunities we get are endless. There’s always something to do. This company HLH Agri International got a 20 year lease for the land there and they will be setting up this resort in Lim Chu Kang.
I remembered during my Army Days in 4 SIR. There will days when the smell of the Chicken Shit will be so bad even when you are over 1 km away from them. So I wonder how others can tahan!! Haha..
One thing for sure, that place is really a place to relax and chill out even though its lacks the amenities. Unlike the bustling city, Lim Chu Kang is a quiet area where there are several chicken farms, eco-farms and military camps and yeah its a great place to get away.
Anyway just like the IR - this resort too will generate income from ECO tourisms therefore resulting in many more opportunities. I bet right now a few entrepreneurs are already taking action to profit from this resort!!
So if you are an entrepreneur what would you do and what can you sell?
Here’s some ideas…
-> Touring of Farms - Definite income
-> Training for Eco - Fanatics. We can make money from training people to be service oriented.
-> Farming - Grow crops and sell them
-> Souvenier Shops
-> Mama stall - everyone needs this!! Who else will sell the drinks, snacks and for the smokers!! cigarettes.
-> Construction & Land Scapings - Developing and maintaining the place requires a lot of effort thus the oppportunities are there. Well this is more for the larger companies.
-> Thrash business? Well when there’s people there’s always trash to throw away.
-> Moveable restaurants - ice cream man and food in vans!!
