Dr Mell Gill preview
Last Monday, I happen to receive a call from Kak Chomel asking me to attend this talk. So yeah I happen to be slightly free so why not drop by and it is also an opportunity to network with people.
So around 6.30pm. Did my Asar in the office and set off for this talk at YWCA, Fort Canning Lodge. I was kind of lost even though I look at the map a few times to get to know the place because the road from Park Mall is not connected to it. You need to go by Fort Canning Road to reach the place. Anyway I parked the bike somewhere at Fish & Co walked up the hill to reach the hotel.
When I was there, there was already a bunch of people registering and waiting. Chomel was there mending her booth busy talking to the registrants. So I registered and walk into to the seminar room. Just like the old MLM days haha…
Looking around I was observing the profiles of the people attended. Profiles meaning, I was observing the mixture of races, how people dress and I was guessing what their occupation were. Haha. Well sometimes you can guess right when you have that experience. Anyway I’m just looking trying to understand the situation and was wondering why they are all here. To be honest I have no idea why I’m here cos Kak Chomel didn’t really explain who this Dr Mel Gill is. My intention there was just to meet people to network yah..
At 7.10pm, Dr Mel started talking. Hmm he looks familiar..I’ve seen this guy on TV right..Then it hit me..”Incredible Tales”…Yeah, he was the Psychologist or Psychiatrist who explain the theories behind Ghosts stuff.
So he started to explain about the Master Trainer concept and was telling everyone that the world lacks of Master Trainers. There are many trainers but there are only a handful of Master Trainers who are suppose to train the Trainers. Confusing right!!
Being the pioneer in NLP training in Singapore, he is the guy who taught people like Adam Khoo, Stuart Tan and many others to be Master Trainers today. Alright that impressed me but I wondered why isn’t he as well known as his mentees? Hmm..ok maybe not in my world.
Did you know Dr Mel Gill has dead left arm. It took me sometime to wonder also why he never used the left arm. He told us how he lost the left arm almost towards the end. Sorry I dont remember it lah…so maybe next time I meet him, I’ll ask him for the full story k.
Just like many previews, he told us about his ideas and showed us the Package Workshops. Its a 12 day course for only $4,999 and furthermore you can pay monthly at $416 for the next 12 months with no Interest. Kind of a good deal actually and if we do well we can be certified to be a Master Trainer also. Hmmm… Boleh Up Value sikit eh..

I have heard of Dr Mel Gill years back. He used to be a guest speaker at Radio 93.8FM couple of years back. He gave good advise on family matters and such. Never attend any of his talk but I would categories him together with peeople like Raun Kaufman and all.
