The phone had been ringing like crazy yesterday. Thanks to the Ekoniaga team for featuring the workshop in Berita Harian yesterday.
I had a few callers from several age range and of very interesting characters too. One that stands out most was this P Ramlee voice impersonater. You heard me!! This man can talk like P Ramlee lah…even though he mentions that he doesn’t look like the famous actor but he sure sounded like one when I talked to him on the phone. Interesting right?
It kind of open up my eyes to the opportunities that can be offered to him but of course he needs to really work very hard to publicise his talent.
Just like any musicians and professional such as a doctor, you could advertise your services via your blog and make it engaging through your daily posts.
For his case…I can see him creating Mp3s and Video introductions of himself showing his talent on YOU TUBE…oh my I can see offers from Malaysia or even Indonesia already for him!! haha..
One lady who is a Real Estate agent also asked, “So how can this blog help me”. Its very easy actually. You must understand first the characteristics of a prospect. Firstly most people who wants to buy something, they would usually look at the product and its benefits. The packaging of a product can itself attract a buyer to buy it. So if you can take beautiful shots of the homes that are in your list of houses to be sold such as shown below, wouldn’t that make someone to pick up the phone and say “I want that house” or “I want to check out this house”.
Of course if the house is crap and dirty don’t potray it as clean and beautiful. Be honest. If you lie!! That’s it, there goes your integrity.
So for those who called yesterday, do deposit your down payment as soon as possible to confirm your place.
It seems that I need to open up another class soon.
