2 weeks just whisked in a flash and fasting month is already half over..Its been a crazy expensive few days lately. More cash has been poured out than entering my pockets.

Hardisk update. The new seagate hard drive which end up corrupted the other day was sent to a data recovery center on Monday. The company is like those forensic IT companies which can recover data that is deleted from your hard drive or your hard drive becomes damage to an extent.

Yesterday the company quoted me $500 just for that recovery. I was like WHAT!!! If you ask me that’s ridiculous. I did my own surveys on the net and most of the data recovery software cost between 60 to 100 US dollars but the problem is I do not how what are the results of those recovery.

I tried using one demo software but the filenames that was recovered did not turn up right. Imagine there are thousands of files in there. How to remember every single file name right.

Anyway I decided to collect back the hard disk tomorrow and probably I’ll just buy the software and keep it. Manalah tahu i can start a disk recovery business..hehe!!!

Ooh yah I met Amir Sulaiman from TK who is working at that company as an IT engineer or developer. Out of no where, you still can find old friends. What a small world.
