PHR OVER…..

Wah betulnya rancak Diragahayu Aidilfitri semalam. It was quite sad that we can’t stay around to take pictures at Tepak Sirih yesterday. Months of prep and I only came in like 2 weeks ago to execute the show.

My contributions as floor manager was to run the show which was planned by Asyurah…Using my experience in event planning, I actually changed most of the plans to suit the show. Anyway my job was just to oversee everything went smoothly during execution.

Yesterday was the day to show our fangs…we wanted to start the show with the Nasyid boys doing the opening but 3 of them came late and we couldn’t brief them. Anyhow we changed that to Silat and proceed on with the show. Surprisingly A/P Madya Yaakob, our GOH, came punctually. I had to rush up to the second floor and signalled the people upstairs for the arrival. I was pissed by his body guards…How dare they demand for 3 seats without telling us first. The whole place was already assigned and no seats was allocated..Anyway the guard suddenly dissappeard after asking Wani for the seats.

Other than that Hazrul Nizam was late for his performance..Damn ass…Anyhow we got Fezhah (our miracle worker) to change things around. Inilah melayu kita..dah jadi star selalu lambat….Anyway i was downstair looking out for him..the first word he said to me was “Susahnya nak cari tempat ini”.. I could not blame him..the place was quite hard to find actually. Any how he came just on time for his turn to sing….As Elfaeza and Sultan finish their song…Horis immediately invite Hazrul to sing…He came in with a Bang ah. At the end of the show, i have to apologise for the guests who had to leave the place abruptly..

I would rate Diragahayu as a success and i will never forget the moments there..Even at stressful times, we manage to turn it around…My wishes are to all who made it happen making it a wonderful and prestigious event for the club..Cheerios. May PBMUKS strive for greater heights….
