A new year is coming in a few hours, this is a time to reflect back on what had happened..

All the years 2005 is really a turning point of my life, where i got involved in pretty much too many things and yeah there were positive things and negative things that had happen.

Let’s begin with the business. Well actually I got involved in it like last December but at that point time I was still asking question like what is this crap. Took a long time to understand it and listen to my mentors. Well cant blame who would ever listen to a 19 year old girl who was trying to tell what to do. Well the ego problem people say but I’ve changed tremendously and i have my friends to prove it.

This is the year i’ve begin to read books again and attended plenty of seminars. Its a step to change my own life and go beyound what i can do. To be honest the business changed me. Firstly it changed the way i think about life. Then it changed the way how i talked to and treat people.

Even until now, some feared me because i dont really smile and looked fierce. Well that’s just me, fierce on the outside and yet nice in the inside.

My accomplishments…

Well a fruitful busy year running workshops, camps, meet people. Well Smart money has been part of my life for quite some time now. Love it for nuts.

Who would ever can forget the camps i helped out and organised.

In March - Camp Axis
This was the first ever time i came to a mendaki camp. Being in there would make you appreciate more about your own life and want to help out kids more.

June - Perkampungan Bahasa
This is really an excellent team. Everyone has been great. Its the first ever camp i saw people from NUS, NTU, SMU and NIE helping out.

July - PBM & MS Freshman camp
This camp just astounds me and learn a lot from it yah. Preparations took us crazily like two month. I was involved in other things though…well i did manage to get a lot of sponsorships from Mendaki. Thanks to the VRU team. Glad that it came out right even though there were many hiccups.

December - Camp Aura
Well i did not help out to organise here but well i did my part to help out here and there. Highlight of the camp…Graveyard walk…it was really cool. Again met wonderful wonderful people.

JK PBMUKS
Ahh i guess this is really a nice place to be cos you get to work with friends for a long year. Got a flexible post and yeah i like it and no regrets. We started out pretty rough but well things will improve soon.

Finally i go beyond JOHORE…

Taiwan - it was just great to travel on the plane again. The last time i did that was when i was 15. Nice place but as usual i hate the city..gosh why cant it be clean like singapore..Anyway this time round i learned a lot of things…army stuff…cannot say here ah confidential..

Kuala Lumpur - 4 times..First - 3J..then Weekend Leadership Seminar…then with Ahmed the US guy..then with parents…(drove there for the first time)..

A new house and a new room
Finally we moved after like years in the house and yeah i got my own room…Want to decorate it more soon…

Finally made the move to date again..
Well i met someone who i want to be with but well it did work out the other way but well i did make the step to ask her out…

Disappointments

I guess it has also been a disappointing year also cos my grades slip and lost focus most of the time. Something had to go. I guess i had dissappointed many..since then decided to change my path and took a semester off. Went back to NS to clear of my remaining 2 months of service and worked then..This time i’m away, had done many many reflections..found new friends and also found a new direction…l

That’s 2005….Many bumps yet there are also many positive things….I have to thank everyone who has been with me through the joyous rides and bumps. Maybe without you guys and gals, my life will be boring as usual…2005 is something to remember..

Now in a few more hours 2006 will come and hence new goals and resolutions are formed..

All the best to whoever is reading here…Happy New Year everyone…
