Marketing Process
Those who pens down what they are doing will eventually know where they are heading…
I guess that’s from me. I always believe in visualizing your processes and I always want to know where I am during that process.So the chart below will aid us in some way.
So here’s a flow chart diagram ( I’ve forgotten to add arrow heads…. ) when I sat down with Fadzrun the other day. As much as I see things in my head, we should have a systematic approaches to our work so that someday someone who replaces our positions will be able to understand their roles better.
Just note that its top down.

yeah, once you have a system up and running, it’s easier to outsource misc. tasks to other people..you’ll jst need to supervise and then you are free to think and execute the next plan of action.
