That’s my temperature reading yesterday when I got to the doctor yesterday.

I’ve been having on off fever since Monday. I thought I could be cured by taking panadols and flu pills but it didn’t work. So I gave up yesterday and went down to the doctors because I really need antibiotics. I have no idea, normally when I fall sick, I really need that badly else my recovery rate is super slow.

My family doctor was closed so I decided to go to the nearest clinic two shops away from the usual clinic I go to.

    The biggest FLU pills.

Usually flu pills come in small sizes right? But this doctor gave the bigger version as big as  Panadol / Paracetomol pills. I couldn’t help but ask the nurse why so big?

So she explained that usually you need to take the pills 3 times a day but this pill you only need to take twice a day. So yeah its higher dosage and taken less frequently as you know flu pills tends to make you drowsy.

Medication to be taken twice daily.

Actually this is the first time I see a doctor’s prescription as so? Usually its 3-4 times a day. Somehow I feel that the dosage he is giving is super high. The good thing is I do not need skip fasting unless I feel worse later on.

So I waited till Maghrib – break fast to take the medicine and you know what? I was knocked out after that. I woke up today realising its Sahur time. And yeah feeling so much better now. Ok need more rest..
