The landlord is giving us 6 more months for rent and Abang Abu doesn’t want to renew the contract. The issue right now is that I need the space for training?
Well I think I need a space however these training can be done virtually too. So do we need the office?
The bad thing about having an office is the COST! Whether you use it or not, you still have to pay.
Furthermore we have not yet confirm if we want to run the third batch of VIS. Cos if that would not happen then there will be under utilized space and rent still continues.. A little bit of dilemma at the moment. Hmm..

Regarding the dilemma of class space; well, I go with the needs of the majority. If we do it virtually, lessons have to be explicit so that lessons are clear and easily understood. Also, what mode it would be eg video or on-line interactive lessons. Whatever the mode, it has to be explained how we can participate in the lessons. What pre-requisites or essentials have to be in place to make the lessons fruitful. If all are possible, then I am for it, Baby!
