Blogging Partnerships

I’ve helped to create a website for one of my students whom I have featured previously about his passion in flower decoration. Today I stumble his blog and saw quite a few contents here and there. I said wow!!
Well compare his website www.afinasfloral.com and the blog www.afinasfloral.blogspot.com, which site would you follow? I’ll bet you choose the later because its lively and there’s more to read. Well the blog hasn’t had much focus yet but it definitely gave life to his Internet Business.
Initially when Mr Yusri came to me to teach him about Internet Business, I ask him why don’t you ask your child to come? He ask me why? “Simple, kids these days pick up things faster than Adults,” I said. Believe it or not, this is a true fact and once these kids love what they are doing, they will stick to it like glue. Initially he was reluctant in doing so but today you see that his blog is updated by his daughter. Finally a Father & Daughter team.
I found this image from his daughter’s blog. Cute right. Well since the kid is already blogging why not help the dad.
So you see its always better to have someone around in your team that can help out. So now Mr Yusri can focus on the business direction while his daughter can update the blog for him.
So recently I announced to the Jutawan Internet participants last Saturday about our new Program, “Blogging to Business Success”. This time, I’m letting the participants to bring a partner but one of them must be IT savy.

Blogging Preview & Looking for Venue

I’m really out dated these days. Its already Wednesday but I’m still writing down about last Sat.. GOsh.. Anyway I felt that this is important thus I need to write this down.
Last Saturday, I manage to run a BLogging Preview and we had around 13 interested participants. For a short 2 hours I couldn’t really tell much but I showed a few simple steps which they can do to start at home.
I’ll be running a small hands-on workshop for beginners to learn how to start blogging and further understand what is Adsense, Affiliates etc etc…Therefore I’m starting a one day workshop somewhere in mid May, so right now I’m scouting for more venues.
