How do you feel it when somebody justs walks away. In yesterdays episode of the apprentice ( ok its shown late here in Singapore. this episode was televised in the states in January ), one of the apprentice RESIGNED and this is the first ever time that such a thing happen. You can read more details
here.

This time round, the apprentices do not just need to tackle the tough assignment and outwit each other, they have to live in harsh living condition camping style. As it was my first time viewing this series, I was quite shocked too..OOh man what the heck…”What is Donald thinking!!”. The camps were just beside a big bungalow..What the heck siah. Might as well just live inside right…”Merepek!!!”

Well whatever it is I could not accept the apprentice quiting. Chosen among the millions whom wish to participate in this competition and all she did was walk away. Gosh!!..Perhaps she knew she was going to get “FIRED”, that’s why she insists of leaving.

Quote by Donald Trump, “If I were you, I’d rather be fired, to be honest, rather than quit, I hate the concept, I hate what you’re doing with quitting. Me, I don’t care, you make my job easier, but the fact is that I hate that you’re going to be living with that for a long time, I just thing it’s a mistake for yourself.”

I felt that Donald has made a mistake in letting Michelle Sorrow go like that. If I were him I would get her back to the boardroom and fire her because if this can happen to one person, it can happen to the others too. Its like a disease being contained initally but now you let it go. People will think that its fine to quit and hence the reputation of the “THE APPRENTICE” will be tarnished.

What do you guys think? Should this be allowed to happen in the first place?
