How it works?

Well you can either call the Tow company directly or call the workshop to ask for TOW. Usually I would do the later but it would not be a problem if you call them directly.

As they have secured contracts with the workshops, you don’t have to pay the tow company directly as it will be totaled up in your overall bill inclusive of your repairs.

There was a problem…

The Towkay told me that he cannot RETIRE. He still have over $100,000 for the lorry installments and his kids are still small.

Can he retire?

If you ask me. I think he can but I do not know if his cashflow is enough to do this.

My suggestions.

1) He can hire a tele-operater ( home based ) to answer calls for him – Why home based? To allow him to save money on OFFICE. He doesn’t need one. Furthermore calls from homes are cheaper. A tele-operator will help him contact his fleets to delegate the tasks.

2) Find someone else to drive that lorry.

3) Find a manager that can manage the accounts, admin and run the operations.

So yeah if his cashflow permits, he can do such a thing and consider retiring.
